Membership Fees
Why do you pay a membership fee and then an agency fee each time you use the service?
The membership fee covers the administrative work involved with becoming a Windsor House family and enables you access to some of the best nannies in town. The agency fee for providing a sitter or permanent placement covers the administrative work involved with providing a nanny for you at the time you desire it. Each time we match you with a nanny we are spending a great deal of time searching, interviewing, recruiting and analyzing our nanny database so that we can match you with the best care.
When you renew an annual membership we will discount your membership by $100.

Sitting Services
Our agency fees are scaled on a daily fee for our sitting services. We charge $20 a day, considerably less than other agencies. We take less so our nannies can make more. With this philosophy, we believe we can attract the high quality child care professionals your family deserves. So, if you were to book a nanny for four hours you would pay the nanny $56 (four hours at a rate of $14/hour) at the end of the sitting service and we would deduct $20 from your account at the end of the month. Why do we deduct our service fees at the end of the month? In the event you regularly use our sitting service we only draft one payment a month instead of multiple payments.

Placement Services
For permanent and temporary placements we charge a 8% placement fee of the nanny's negotiated contracted salary. This is considerably less than other agencies with the national average charging a 12-15% placement fee. This fee is due once you have been matched with a nanny of your choice and employment guidelines have been signed and agreed upon by all parties. If the employment is a year or longer than there is no renewal fee. All placement services require an annual membership.
